At the beginning of the two-day Leadership Day conference, the Stockhorn was on the agenda. After a gondola ride, a walk with snowshoes and at minus temperatures led the 250 mangers to a big Igloo, where they could warm themselves of the "little strain" with mulled wine and fine appetizers. The convivial evening ended with a dinner on the summit of the Stockhorn. 
The next day was all about work, where the leaders were intellectually challenged and experienced a sophisticated conference program. Trendix was responsible for the entire organization of the Leadership Day.
